Need a watercolor PNG

Hello, I need someone to custom create a watercolor picture of a girl smiling with freckles on her cheek. This will be a PNG so all the color needs to be within the borders of the image. I am uploading a photo of the watercolor style I like which is somewhat messy with intention, the next picture is to exemplify the angle I want the girls face positioned, the picture, on the beach, is the girl who I want to be painted. It's ok if it doesn't look exactly like her but try your best. The last picture is a close up of what her freckles look like. the freckles are important to recreate. I want her to be smiling big and for the smile to reach her eyes.

I would like this to be small and simple. Doesn't need to have a lot of colors but the important part is showing the smile and the freckles and happy eyes. She usually has wavy light brown hair. The neck and shoulders dont even need to be part of the picture as long as we have the face

Also, the paper texture of watercolor paper is NOT desirable.
