Need an illustrator for a children's picture book.
Budget: $500 – $2,000 CAD
Budget not limited to the range selected.
The story has a community garden setting and a single main character. Two other characters appear on a single occasion. Am looking for a more whimsical/stylized look, in watercolour or digital.
There are a total of 12 spreads, with a proposed illustration breakdown of the following: 8 full 2-page spreads, 4 single page illustrations, and 8 small/simple spot illustrations. Open to alternative suggestions from illustrator. Likely will not want pages fully illustrated, as I like the look of white space on pages.
Potentially add full-page illustration for title page, and book cover.
Am interested in receiving full-project quotes, option with/without royalties.
