I am looking for an NFT designer who is able to create for me 11111 combinations based on their properties of rarity. The art should look like the attached file below.
The theme to this is to incorporate scammer inside. Basically, the project is about helping victim to recover back their monies throughout investment fraud by a good friend so I will want the characters that are generated out to represents that element.
