Mural on indoor wall

I’m getting estimates so I can budget— not ready to hire just yet. I have a cutout sticker (30” tall) of my daughter that I would like to put on a wall. I want it to be incorporated into a mural of flowers and plants. I have included images from Kehinde Wiley’s collection for inspiration. The mural will be on the wall shown in an attached picture.
