Modern Bold Garden Flag Design

I am looking for someone that can design a garden flag to fit 12x18 that I can upload to order a custom garden flag online. Orange and blue as the main colors. (The school colors) I will attach a design that is an example of what I have as a sticker that can be used for inspiration, as I would like it to be something similar to this. I would like it to be something using #LL32 and a football and paw print or some other filler. It can be exactly like the sticker as long as it looks good filling the flag
