Mexican Card Game - 33 to 52 simple cartoon type drawings

The traditional Mexican Lottery is a bingo game, using themed cards instead of numbers. Drawings need to be simple. I need a cartoonist illustrator to develop the cards themed according to the Mexican Rodeo characters and items. Please find attached the example of the traditional lottery, followed by examples of Rodeo Theme.

I would provide original photos to serve as a base to develop the cartoon. Wouldn't mind if the drawing is converted through software effects to the drawing. The list of character or items is the following:
