Manga artist that can make lots of panels

I'm looking for a manga artist that can bring a specific story to life with lots of panels. My desired style is shounen, and I have a specific story/concept to work from. I require more than 20 panels for this project, so I'm looking for someone who can deliver both a high quality and large quantity of work to get the project done.
