Manga artist

I need someone who is a good manga artist preferably with their own unique style. As of right now I just need character designs but if you help with the long run will be paid more if you’re in for the long run you need to be able to create manga pages not just characters. Preferably someone who I can bounce back ideas with about the story itself.
