Make a person Cartoon Sketching From images

I'm looking for an experienced artist who can create 4-7 cartoon sketches, with both full body and face details, in a Cartoonish style. The sketches will be based on provided images. If you are skilled in transforming real images into a cartoonish look, then this project is meant for you.
