This is a book for early readers or those starting to get an interest in reading 6-9years. The five short stories engage real world experience with fairy tale, there are unicorns, monsters, fairies and would be witches. Each story is unique and stand alone with potential for future futher development (series or singular chapter book development).
This quote - A5 print, requires cover (front and back for adding print, barcode etc) and 3-5 illustrations, either an illustration for each story or several scattered throughout (maybe with an ink half page). Illustrations to be engaging for the intended age group. Front cover need not be directly related to a story (think about current trend for fairytale and book covers in general), that said bright colours and right images would be ok. A link to the stories will be made available to the illustrator (under 16000 word count) for scene selection. From spooky castles to goblins.
