Looking for a Comic Artist fantasy battle webtoon
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want to create a story about an angel named Lucifer who serves a god Called Father. Lucifer betrays Father because he is not satisfied with how he
punishes non believers and wrongdoers, he believes that the punishments are too harsh as it is always the same for everyone: burned for eternity until the soul is destroyed.
I am working with a professional screen writer who is making the script now.
Have hired 2 sketch artists and will hire more people for line art colouring highlights and shadows.
Currently can only pay in milestone payments roughly 3-5$ per figure/panel/page depending on quality.
Interested in a collaboration shared rev also.
