Live Strategic Planning Visual Notes
Budget: $750 – $1,500 NZD
I’ll be running an in-person leadership session centred on strategic planning and need someone who can translate the conversation into compelling visual notes in real time. You’ll stand beside the facilitator, listen actively, and sketch the emerging ideas straight onto a whiteboard or flip chart so the room can see our thinking take shape.
The discussion will revolve mainly around long-term goals and priorities, but it may weave briefly into team dynamics or even conflict-resolution touch-points. Your visuals should stay flexible enough to capture those shifts without interrupting the flow.
What I’m after:
• Real-time illustration on the board or flip chart during the 5-6 hour conversation
• Legible headings, clean layouts, and simple iconography that make complex points immediately clear
• A quick phone snapshot or scan of the finished board when we wrap so I have a digital copy for follow-up emails
If you’re comfortable synthesising strategy talk on the fly—and keeping the room engaged through your sketches—let’s talk.
