Large Realistic Family Portrait

I am searching for an artist to do a realistic painting of my family for my dads 60th. It will be of 8 people. I have a concept in my mind of all of us at a big table, with mum and dad in the middle and rest of us on either side. Above us would be some small portraits hanging on the wall with our childhood home, dads hobbies, maybe one of his hometown/something significant from his childhood etc. At the table would be our signature family foods.

I want to gift it to him to so something that can be framed

Im not art savvy and have no concepts on colors or if there is a better way to do this but i am open to ideas
