Japanese Vector Art Needed

I am looking for a skilled artist who can create 5-10 anime-style vector art for commercial use. (Clothing brand) Although I don't have specific characters or themes in mind, I have a rough idea of what I want. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating anime-style artwork and be able to bring my vision to life. The vector art will be used for promotional materials.
