Inspirational Autobiography Cover Illustration

I'm seeking a talented illustrator to design a cover for my autobiography. The book is intended to inspire readers, so the cover should reflect this uplifting tone.

The book cover should represent a guy who is confused between his culture and the culture of the place he immigrated to. The guy in the middle would be a drawing of me.

Around the guy there would be couple of elements to the left (3-4 ) and the same on the right (3-4 ) which represent elements from each of the 2 cultrues.

The attached image is generated by AI and is somehow close to what I need, regardless of the many elements included which I dont.
