As the proud parents of a newly engaged couple, we are seeking a talented painter with expertise in watercolor to capture the beautiful moment our son proposed to his fiance on a Philippine beach. Unfortunately, our photos and videos of the day didn't come out as we had hoped. Therefore, we need the project to be based on our son and his fiance's account of the event.
The aim would be to:
