Impressionistic Oil Painting

I'm in search of a talented painter who specializes in impressionistic style oil paintings. The painting needs to be a medium size, not exceeding 24x36 inches.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in oil painting
- Strong background in impressionistic style
- Experience in creating medium-sized artworks
- Creativity and ability to interpret concepts visually

The piece will be a representation of a family moment but there are so pictures of the exact moment, I may be able to obtain pictures of the subects while at the event, so the artist can be creative with the final piece.

Note: Piece must be done in an African American Art Style (see examples below)
