Illustrator needed for my upcoming shonen manga
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking an experienced illustrator who excels in the traditional Japanese manga style. The scope of this project involves the creation of illustrations for a shonen manga chapter-by-chapter.
Details:
- Front cover illustration will be in color, while the inner pages will be in black and white.
- The timeframe for project completion is currently uncertain. I appreciate your flexibility on this matter.
Ideal candidate:
- Someone with expertise in traditional Japanese shonen manga style is who I'm looking for.
- Comfortable with working in both color and black and white.
- Flexible in terms of project timelines.
I will provide storyboard sketches and concept art of the characters to help guide you towards the project's vision.
Please include samples of your previous manga style work with your bid. Bids should be per chapter. Each chapter will have roughly anywhere between 20-35 pages (excluding the cover page), though the chapters after the first 2 will most likely stick closer to 20. P.S. For clarification, even though I selected "Very Small Project" for my budget, this is the budget per chapter, not the budget for the entire project.
