Illustrator for webtoon or comic

Hey there:) I'm looking for an illustrator to partner with me on a webtoon project. I'm looking for someone who can create cartoon-style or manga style illustrations. So far this is an experimental webtoon. You don't have to be the best of the best. Just hear my ideas and let's see if this'll work out:) I do have a detailed idea of what the character(s) will look like but I'd be more than open to ideas if you're willing to put potentially long term effort into this project. I do not want to disclose to many details just yet but basically, it's a comedy, just for laughs kinda thing. If you're interested hmu and let's talk about it!?
