Illustrator for Playful Children's Book
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking a talented illustrator for a children's book aimed at early readers (5-7 years). The illustration style should be cartoonish and playful, contributing to the lighthearted and engaging tone of the story.
My main goal is getting the children’s book I designed published, by the end of February this year. I am needing illustrations to fulfil this goal and making my dream of becoming an author, come true.
I have been procrastinating this project for nearly 10 years and have finally come to the crazy decision to make my dream come true (of becoming an author and getting my first book published).
The children’s story I wrote was inspired by my foster brother with severe medical issues, who passed away at 9 years old with albinism.
This story has an emotional yet inspiring message that I wish to share with the world, so I am looking for an artist who is able to depict this story in an emotional yet inspiring way (while still having really cute and quirky aspects)!
The characters are animals, so am looking for an artist who has experience and expertise in designing little creatures with the ability to depict human-like emotion at the same time.
