Illustrator cartoons

I am looking for an illustrator to create caricature cartoons based on specific characters and scenes that I have in mind. The cartoons should reflect my vision of the characters and scenes, and should be both eye-catching and well-crafted. I need 1-3 cartoons to be completed as a part of this project. The illustrator should be creative and skilled in this type of work.
