Illustrator/Cartoonist

I need an illustrator for a children’s book that I wrote. I need a total of 32 pages, including a front cover and plus a back cover and including a title page and a “The End” page that need to be animated, complex and fun. The initial character has been drawn and will need to have themed animation to be drawn in the story. I am looking for someone with 5 stars of professional experience for the job. Willing to allow a copyright of their work for publication. The illustrations will need to be drawn in color and transferred to the computer.
