Illustrations for a 32 page children's book

I am looking for an illustrator to create illustrations for a 32-page children's book. The style of illustrations should be cartoon. I already have a color scheme in mind. Although I don't have specific characters or scenes that need to be illustrated, I have a rough idea of what I want. I can provide examples of scenes that I have generated in bing. I have attached some example images and the standard 32 page layout. A manuscript with approximately 900 words is available upon award of the project.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong illustration skills, particularly in cartoon style
- Ability to bring characters and scenes to life based on rough ideas
- Creative and imaginative mindset to interpret and enhance the client's rough ideas
- Attention to detail in capturing the desired color scheme
- Experience in illustrating children's books is a plus
