Illustrations for children non-fiction book

Do you also create content for kids' non-fiction? My book has a list of questions to ask kids (80 qs total - 5 qs per page and 16 pages total) and they will tell the answer by choosing the right picture. This book is targeted as a read-out for 3-4 year old kids

Sample questions:

The whole book should be around 800 words. Page size 8.25 x 11 inches
