Illustrations for a children's book

I'm looking for an experienced illustrator to create illustrations for a children's book that will be self-published. The book is 12 pages and I need 6 main illustrations + front cover illustrations to accompany the copy. I would want to own all the rights to the illustrations once they're completed and will have the right to use the illustrations as I please in the future without any additional charges by the illustrator. I am happy to credit the illustrator once the book is being published. The book will become a series, so the cooperation will continue after this first project. I have attached an inspirational image of what the main character should look like and will give a detailed brief once I've found the right person.
