Illustrations for Kids' Adventure/Mystery Book Series
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a talented illustrator who can create engaging, illustrations for my children's book series aimed at late elementary students, specifically those aged 8 to 12. This will be the third book in the series, so I already have an established illustration style. I am looking for an illustrator who can replicate the style, whilst still bringing their creativity to help bring the story to life.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proven experience in children's book illustration, particularly for the late elementary age group
- Strong portfolio of children's book
- Ability to create illustrations that can convey a sense of fun and adventure
- Understanding of the visual language appropriate for children
- Experience working with digital illustration tools
- can match the established illustration style provided.
In addition to illustrating the cover, there is the opportunity to illustrate internal images.
As I mentioned, this is the third book in the series. I intend to create a lot more books in the series so am looking for someone I can work with long term and who can work within agreed timeframes.
