Illustrations for a Children's Book Promoting Veganism

Hello, I am a high-schooler writing a book to encourage kids to go Vegan :). I have about 48 small illustrations with a detailed list of descriptions of what I am thinking would fit best but I am open to any other ideas! I would like to include the illustrations next to some paragraphs where the scenario or situations are well explained with them. There is no "more text than images" or vice versa because the book is rather balanced with both. I would like illustrations to be cartoonish that would interest 7-13 age group kids. Something like the Ruby Roth books or Elephant and Piggie series (you may check them out on Amazon). I am also interested in the book cover art (front and back). I would prefer to hire someone who is inspired by Veganism and has some scientific background knowledge (specifically about Global Warming, Climate Change, the Greenhouse Gas Effect, and Animal Cruelty in the meat industry). Experience with cartoon drawing is a highly preferred. If you are interested, please let me know and we can try with one scene first before proceeding with the rest. Thank you! :)
