Illustrations & Translation to Russian/Ukrainian

I'm in need of an illustrator who can produce high-quality illustrations for my project. Additionally, I require the same professional to translate some documents into Russian and Ukrainian.
The illustrations will be for children's books. The project requires 10 illustrations and the translation of 20 pages of documents. The illustrations should be whimsical and colorful. The intended audience age range for the children's books is 3-5 years. The illustrations should follow a Fairy Tale theme. The illustrations should be hand-drawn. This project should be completed within 1 month. The final illustrations should be delivered in digital format.
