Illustrate my workbook guide with illustrations and charts (e.g. stick figures etc)

I'm a mental health nurse practitioner and I'm in the process of creating an online course for new nurse practitioners navigating their way from graduation through their first jobs.
I have my content in written form but its incredibly dense and not having images exacerbates this. I want my material to be digestible and fun. I am seeking assistance with adding illustrations to the workbook form of my online course.
Attached is a sample module from my course that I am looking to bring to life with illustrations. Assistance with determining what illustrations would make the material most clear would be helpful as well.
