I need a magazine cover designed and illustrated. I have the photos already. Need the photo edited and the magazine cover designed to look like a magazine. Must be high-quality looking. Examples attached, but may want some illustrated elements as well.

3.) Must be available to work in PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (PST) That is California, USA time zone.
4.) Must work quickly and accurately
