Identify Indeterminate Lung Cancer Variant

I have primary lung cancer variant for which a biomarker cannot be identified. Keytruda was prescribed solely based on positive TTF-1 results. Keytruda is keeping the cancer under control; however, why and for how long is indeterminate.
The task is for an AI medical consultant to find the best suited AI system to determine exactly what variant of primary lung cancer I have and then compile electronic medical records for optimized AI use.
