Humorous Political Cartoon Creation

I'm looking for a talented artist to create a satirical political cartoon. Maybe Reynolds as a lion tamer of a lion without teeth. The cartoon should feature local politicians as the main subjects, using exaggerated features and humor for a light-hearted take on political influence of the Chairman of the Legislature and his control of budget over the County Executive and other legislators.
