Hawaiian art style print (digital download)

I’m looking for an artist who can craft the design I have in my head as a gift for my partner! I’m interested in a Hawaiian art style print available for digital download to be printed to a med/large size.
Specifically, I am looking for a traditional Hawaiian art style print depicting a fictional beach (art style examples attached). What I am looking to have made is a "Welcome to Steel Beach" image created from memory of my partner's navy days (when they would swim and bbq on the top of the sub, they would call it steel beach)! I'm looking to have the image be of a submarine in the ocean with men swimming and hanging out in the described art style. I have some ideas regarding the composition that I would love to connect with you on!
