Hand-Drawn Animated Portrait Commission

I need a skillful artist who can put life on paper and help in envisioning an animated drawing of my beloved grandma's unique moment. The medium of preference is traditional hand-draw. The essence is in capturing her posture as she gets up from her wheelchair in heaven when she sees God.
