Full color hand drawn illustration for book cover

I am looking for a skilled illustrator to create a full color hand drawn illustration for the cover of my LGBT middle school romance book. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating realistic illustrations and be able to bring the characters to life.

I need 2 middle school age girls, sitting in a bay window, smiling at each other while holding and playing ukuleles. Light purple walls.

Requirements:
- Must be able to create a realistic style of illustration
- Previous experience in illustrating book covers, particularly in the romance genre, is preferred
- Ability to create illustrations of 2-3 characters on the book cover
- Attention to detail and the ability to capture the emotions and essence of the characters is essential

Skills and experience:
- Proficiency in hand drawing and digital illustration
- Strong understanding of color theory and composition
- Ability to work with the author's vision and bring it to life
