Football Team Caricatures with Exaggerated Features

I'm in need of a talented illustrator who can create caricatures of my football team (Philadelphia eagles). The style should be exaggerated features - think big heads, non athletic body, performing a football act like a run with a stuff arm action holding Superbowl trophy etc. These caricatures will be used for event posters, so they need to be eye-catching and fun.
