Flat Design Icon Set for Mobile App

I'm looking for a talented illustrator to create a set of flat design icons for a mobile app. We are language app and need pictures/icons for each word (apple, woman tree, etc.) We tried with IA but it was very hard to keep them in the same style and actually matching the word. For start we're gonna need 5000 pictures/icons.
