Fantasy Drawer Needed for Children's Tales

I'm looking for a talented illustrator to create 21 drawings for 3 different children's stories, with 7 illustrations for each tale. The drawings should be in a fantasy style. Most of the drawings have to be colored, but few in black and white. I like also watercolor style.

Requirements:
- fantasy drawing style is suitable for this project.
- Ability to illustrate both main and secondary characters.
- Combination of both color and black and white drawings.

Budget is 15€ per drawing
