I'm looking for a talented artist to create a cartoonish Christmas card featuring my family in a humorous scenario.

Scene details:
- My family is lining up on a running race track.
- A judge is firing a starting gun.
- My 7 month old daughter is already half-way down the track in a toy car, speeding.
- My 2 year old son is riding our dog (a red/brown toy poodle with a red nose like Rudolph) just behind her.
- My wife and I, dressed in runner's clothes (with me sporting a sweatband), are looking frantic and starting to run from the start line, with me in last position.

The background should be filled with:
