Family Picture Cartoon Transformation

I'm looking for a talented illustrator who can transform my family picture into a Modern Disney style cartoon picture (see attachment for style example). The final product should be suitable for printing and hanging on the wall.

Requirements:
- Cartooning of 4-6 individuals in the family picture
- Use of a plain color background

Ideal Skills:
