Fairy drawing for my daughter

Hi i am just looking around to find someone who can just draw a really nice drawing of a fairy i dont need a background just the fairy my daughter keeps talking about a fairy she has made up (she is 3) and asks me to make up stories about her the fairy she describes has brown hair orange eyes multicoloured blue sparkly wings red and purple sparkly dress and lightish skin i wish to get a nice kind of life like drawing made for her of her fairy she has named bluebell please if able can you let me know thank you and sorry i dont have a really high budget as its just me and her i am trying to save up some money if it is more than i already have.
