Exaggerated Features Caricature for Gift

I'm in need of a talented artist who can create a caricature of one person with exaggerated features. This piece is intended as a gift, so it should be high quality and unique.

The gift is for my husband who is being promoted to CW3 in the Army. He is an Apache pilot and his call tag is 'Joker'. I would like the art to have a depiction of the Apache and his call tag. Also, as a neat addition would be to add Twist Teas in the mix since he's well known and teased over his love for them. If you'd like additional information about his personality. Please let me know.
