Elaborate Octopus T-shirt Design

I need an illustrative T-shirt graphic and accompanying tech pack and vector graphics file.

Requirements:
- refine an elaborate octopus design
- Design should wrap around the T-shirt
- Unisex target audience
- Pickleball themed

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong illustration skills
- Experience with tech pack creation
- Familiarity with T-shirt design and garment specifications
-production of vector image or similar for provision to t-shirt manufacturer

Please provide a portfolio showcasing similar work.

See the attached draft tech pack - we want the octopus to wrap around the shirt and look a bit more like the second attached image - but better, possibly asymmetrical. Would be good to get our logo in there somewhere too
