Drawing - 2 pictures
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for a creative artist to help me create two unique drawings in a cartoon style. The drawings should be completed at an A4 size with a high resolution. These drawings will be used for sharing and posting around the office. As such, I'm looking for an artist who has a flair for creativity and is up for creating something unique and exciting.
Drawing 1: attached is the cart analogy: the analogy talks about the cart and various roles people hold. We would like to edit this, make it fun and do the following: remove the person dragging the back of the cart and instead add a person towards the front of the cart, or outside the cart ahead of it - they're still a team member but they have a hard hat on, look like safety officer and are representing the person who ensures that whilst the team is rolling along, this person is the one that is trying to shoe the team it's ok to proceed but with boundaries / safety and checks along the way. Like a traffic controller in the team.
Drawing 2: if the analogy is that tree's start small and need care and attention and are built / grow slowly, our boss has an upside down tree, where he's overloaded with problems and there's too much going on, and he feels like he and the team are all there with shovels trying to dig the top of the tree out of the ground, to wear it down, to get things back to being more in control, and attainable from a workload perspective.
