Drawing, painting or digital art of two people

I'm looking to get a digital version of a custom art piece. I would like two people squished in an innertube (the donut shaped pool floaty) both facing the same way and laughing. I can give more details on how the people should look (hair color, length, gender, etc.) when you win the bid. I would like to be able to print it at an 8"x10" size or at least 5"x7".
