Drawing Comic Book Band Style

Hello all, I am looking for someone to do a drawing! It would be a drawing similar to the style of the pictures attached. We will add text to the drawing etc so the focus would be drawing a set of vampire like teeth with a tear through the art. I will attach a sketch of the idea as well,. We don't have much budget for this but we are hoping someone is interested in drawing it, thanks!
