Draw a doodle character from the waist up (in black, white, red)

Hi All,

I have a simple task:

I have a custom illustration of 3 people, but one of the characters in the illustration doesn’t resemble the actual person well enough. I will forward a picture of the actual person and I need the character to be redrawn and blend with the rest of the illustration.

In addition to that I also need an export with a circle around the main character (to be used as a profile picture).
