Doctor's Journey: 1900s to Present Cartoon

I want a cartoon like depiction of a doctor in the 1900s versus a current day physician in modern day medicine. There will be lots of details that will be given to add to the depiction. An example would be the doctor in the 1900s walking nearly side-by-side with patients, but with a whisky in one hand a cigar with a single book titled “what the doctor before me did.” all the patients around him are smiling, kneeling thankful and offering gifts of livelihood while some of those patients look often deathly ill. Many gravestones in the background vs the modern day physician is on a tight rope with stacks of scientific updates in hand, information and innovation, as well as increased expenses, mounting on them while they balance this on the tight rope, the patients are far below them as they’ve been disconnected from their patients with two pillars of the tight rope. The pillars full of regulations, training, policies. With the patients down below being frustrated by the cost, the lack of personal contact and difficulty navigating the system. Meanwhile, lawyers are trying to poke the physician to get them to fall. There is a safety net called medical liability but private equity and litigation financing is providing the lawyers with more sticks to poke and scissors to cut down the safety net.
