Digital story book
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hey I am a part of an ngo called Jatayu. The thing is , we need to come up with an annual report but I don't want to make it conventional. I want to make it like a story book that has around 20 pages. With a drawing around the page and the content goes in the middle sort of. Something like a children's story book where the content and the illustrations are not seperated but are together.
Ofcourse the book has financials regarding all our 4 projects , we have to have a page thanking donors and also our volunteers. It would be great if you can come up with those illustrations. I can give you the requirement but you will have all creative freedom to show your style in it.
It will also be great if we can brainstorm about how we make it more unique.
These are the contents for different pages.
1)where it started - this basically has to have a group of friends sitting and discussing in their school and also have us ( That was some 13 years back)
2)how we started - our vision mission
Any drawing related to the vision and mission and our first project which was providing clothes to people affected due to a disastrous flood
3) Overall financials till now
4) our impact so far ( different projects that we did that covers environmental issues , disaster relief etc. )
5) projects right now
There are four projects currently. So there will be two pages explaining the project and one page regarding the financials of it.
So that will be 12 pages in total
6) thanking donors
7) our team page
8) contact details
These are the details. Again my requirements might seem vague but that is where your creativity can come in and make this a wonderful read.
The point is , people who get access to this document should want to give it a complete read.
