Digital oil paintian

As an art enthusiast, I am looking for someone to create a realistic digital oil painting for me. I am open to suggestions on the style of the artwork and the theme that it should portray, but I would like the artwork to be rendered in neutral colors. I do not have a reference image or multiple images for this project, so the artist will be given complete creative freedom.
